Summary:
The Oceanscape Network is a comprehensive web based resource provided by the Oregon Coast Aquarium. It is designed to connect students and teachers to information about the coast, the ocean, and the natural world by using technology and the web. The site presents three different ways to explore the Oregon coast: explore, experience, and educate.
Me and my colleagues at Planet Argon took on the project. My role was to design the sitemap, and the wireframes for the public facing side of this site, which is the homepage, explore and experience section. I also designed a moodboard for the original look and feel of the site (shown), but the client went with an outside contractor that produced the final visual design of the site.
